Be stunned with Michelin Star’s exclusive dishes at Reflections Restaurant – Caravelle Hotel
 
Michelin Star Chef Jean-Baptiste Natali conducted a rare behind the scenes cooking class at Reflections Restaurant on 25 Jan 2010. Cooking class event is an opportunity for diners, cooks and wine enthusiasts to take part in an exceptional afternoon of fine dining at The Caravelle Hotel.
 
Following the great event, special menu of Michelin Star Chef Natali are selling at Reflections Restaurant – 3rd Floor Caravelle Hotel. The Masterclass menu, created by Michelin Star Chef Jean-Baptiste Natali and focusing on seasonal dishes. The menu highlights: scallop and duck liver iodized in sea urchin, juices of fennel; spiny lobster cannelloni, reduced flavored shellfish broth; roasted lamb fillet and crystallized shoulder, peppered artichoke and Swiss chard, bubble juice, etc
 
Guests will be stunned by a beautiful union of gastronomic creations tailored by Michelin Star Chef Jean-Baptiste Natali and the extraordinarily complex bouquet of fruit, flowers and spice, that leave a rich unforgettable aftertaste.
 
Prices of dishes are from VND 144,000 to VND 388,000.
 
Prices are subject to 10% VAT and 10% Service Charge.
